Starting working for PT United Tractors (affiliate company of Astra International, Inc.) in 1990 as Project Engineer and Machine Application Engineer for mining. And later on for last 17 years working in major expansion projects in a world class mining operation companya, PT Freeport Indonesia (Affiliate company of Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold). Well ability in managing multiple projects in an on-going larger operation environment.

Working with over 400 workforces and a solid project management team, i managed operational works and projects with budget ranging up to USD15 Milliun per annum. Operate and maintain strategic asset up to total USD25 Milliun. Proven track record of successes in delivering multi-million dollars operation assets on time and within budget. Recognized for ability to identify opportunity to reduce cost, enhance quality and accomplish targets ahead of schedule. Focus on process improvement and optimum results.

Significant experiences directing project management teams including managing contractors and coordination with are/operation managers. Developing project management plan, project execution strategy and methodology. Managing project risk. Implementing effective control system for monitoring operation progress and status on real time basis. My experience inlcludes the project plan development and evaluation, generating execution strategy, resource planning and construction/operation management.
